Fusible Link

It is a mechanical safety device. They're utilized in fire sprinkler heads to turn on the sprinkler when it detects heat. They are utilized as fuses in car electrical systems

Fusible Plug for Emergency

It is used with emergency valves, air actuators, and any other air or hydraulic system. If the fusible plug is exposed to temperatures between 200°F and 250°F, the solder melts, relieving line pressure and allowing emergency and vapor recovery valves to be closed.

Technical Data:

2.5'' dia opening plug.
5 m.m. thick fusible alloy plate which will operate at a temperature less than 93°C

The emergency vent is designed as to prevent loss of liquid through the vent in the case of vehicle upset.

Pressure cum vacuum valve

It is intended to be installed in each carriage with its own vacuum and pressure actuated vent.

Technical Data:

Effective opening = 3 sq.cm.

Pressue limit within compartment = 021/1cm

Vaccum limit = 5cm. WG

Spark Arrestor & Mini Spark Arrestor

It is designed to be installed in tank truck. Hot exhaust particles from an internal combustion engine are trapped or destroyed by it. The fitting and cleaning of this is easy and simple and spark arrestor does not create any back pressure in exhausted system.

Emergency Shut-off valve

It is designed to fit into any tank truck with a lever. It fits well, and it’s quite easy to clean. It may be opened from the top side if the lever breaks down.
